Are you a faculty, staff or student of a Georgia college or university who is concerned about the health and wellness of your campus community? Do you have questions about the new Georgia Board of Regents tobacco-free campus policy that is being implemented on many of the campuses statewide? Would you like to see a tobacco-free campus policy on your campus or want to know more about what it is, how it is adopted, or its impact on your campus community? If you answered YES to one or more of the previous questions, we are excited to announce that registration for the 2014 Georgia Tobacco-Free Colleges & Universities Summit is now OPEN! You don’t want to miss this exciting and engaging opportunity to learn more on how to make an impact on your campus on this very important and current topic. Let's do this, Georgia!
This event will be a time to celebrate the tobacco prevention accomplishments taking place on many of the institutions throughout Georgia as well an opportunity to cheer on and support those schools that are embarking upon their own journey towards a tobacco-free campus. The event will host impactful speakers as well as practical information and resources to help with the adoption, implementation and enforcement of tobacco-free campus policies.

Attendance to the summit is FREE for all sessions and a healthy lunch and snacks will be provided. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging accommodations.
There is a limited number of hotel rooms reserved for student attendees who require lodging accommodations. Student attendees should indicate their request for lodging when completing their online registration. Student rooms must be booked by August 29th.
