Living Well Workshops

"Living Well" workshops are evidence-based programs conducted nationwide. "Living Well" workshops are available to adults living with chronic medical conditions and focus on chronic disease self-management and diabetes self-management for adults and their loved ones throughout Georgia."Living Well" workshops are conducted by two trained leaders and can be conducted in a variety of settings including: senior housing communities, libraries, faith-based organizations, worksites, and other community settings.

Organizations are welcome to sponsor "Living Well" workshops at no cost. Georgians are also welcome to find a local free "Living Well" workshop as well. To obtain additional information about local "Living Well" workshops or schedule an informational session, please feel free to contact us.
