Security Requirements
Visitors will be required to present a valid photo ID (driver's license, military ID, or other government issued ID cards). All visitors with carry-on items will still be required to place those items through the X-ray machine
From the north: Take I-75/85 South to Exit #248A (Capitol Avenue). Turn right onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and go to the 6th traffic light. Turn right onto Peachtree Street. Go two blocks and turn right onto Wall Street and then immediately turn left into the PARKING DECK. Park and then return to Wall Street. Turn right to face Peachtree Street and the main entrance to 2 Peachtree Building. Cross Peachtree Street and enter the building. Stop at the Security Desk for a pass.
From the south: Take I-75/85 North to Exit #246 (Fulton Street/Central Avenue). Follow Central Avenue to the fifth traffic light. Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Go two blocks and turn right onto Peachtree Street. Go two blocks and turn right onto Wall Street. Immediately turn left into the PARKING DECK. Park and return to Wall Street. Turn right to face Peachtree Street and the main entrance to 2 Peachtree Building. Cross Peachtree Street and enter the building. Stop at the Security Desk for a pass.
From the east: Take I-20 West to Exit #58A (Capitol Avenue). Turn right onto Capitol Avenue and continue until the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Drive (at this point Capitol becomes Piedmont Avenue). Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and go five traffic lights. Turn right onto Peachtree Street. Go two blocks and turn right onto Wall Street. Immediately turn left into the PARKING DECK. Park and return to Wall Street. Turn right to face Peachtree Street and the main entrance to 2 Peachtree Building. Cross Peachtree Street and enter the building. Stop at the Security Desk for a pass.
From the west: Take I-20 East to Exit #56B (Windsor/Spring Street). Go to the third traffic light and turn left onto Central Avenue. Follow Central Avenue to the 5th traffic light. Turn left onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Go two blocks and turn right onto Peachtree Street. Go two blocks and turn right onto Wall Street. Immediately turn left into the PARKING DECK. Park and return to Wall Street. Turn right to face Peachtree Street and the main entrance to 2 Peachtree Building. Cross Peachtree Street and enter the building. Stop at the Security Desk for a pass.
Riding MARTA: Ride MARTA to the Five Points Station and exit onto Peachtree Street from the station. Turn left heading North on Peachtree about 100 yards (do not cross the street) and 2 Peachtree building will be the first high rise on your left. Once you enter the building stop at the Security Desk for a pass.
Parking Options
Georgia Building Authority provides five parking lots with daily parking available for visitors to Capitol Hill. The charge for parking is $5 per day. Parking facilities are closed on State Holidays. Events scheduled through the Georgia Building Authority may affect hours of operation.
