Pediatric HIV Exposure Reporting
Georgia is currently seeking funding to expand our surveillance capabilities to include pediatric HIV exposure.
At the providers discretion, any pediatric HIV exposure can be reported using a
Pediatric
HIV Exposure Reporting Form

PCRF
Instructions
). Providers can complete and submit all forms in a double envelope by mail to:
