Barbara T. Stephens brings 32 years of public health experience to her role as Director of Business Operations/HR Consultant for District 4 Public Health, where she also serves as Interim District Health Director. She has served District 4 since March 1, 1995. Ms. Stephens holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from LaGrange College, awarded in 1990. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional through the University of Georgia's Carl Vinson Institute of Government and completed the University of Georgia College of Public Health Leadership Academy in 2013.
