The Georgia Department of Public Health is committed to making its website and digital materials accessible to people with disabilities.

For general questions or assistance with DPH programs and services, please contact Constituent Services. This includes help finding information or directing questions to the appropriate program or office.

Contact the Digital Accessibility Coordinator only for disability-related accessibility needs involving DPH’s website, online documents, or forms. Examples include difficulty using a screen reader or other assistive technology, navigating without a mouse, accessing video captions, or obtaining information in an accessible format.

When requesting accessibility assistance, please include the webpage address or document title, a brief description of the accessibility barrier, and your preferred contact method. Please do not include medical records or other sensitive personal information.
