The Department of Public Health hereby adopts an amendment to Rule 511-6-1, “Food Service,” (PDF, 1.32 MB) as provided in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued on December 9, 2022. This action is taken pursuant to the Department’s authority under Georgia Code Section 26-2-373(a).
