NOA - Environmental Health Hazards - Public Swimming Pools, Spas, and Recreational Water Parks

The Department of Public Health hereby adopts amendments to Rule 511-3-5-.18, " Specific Safety Features and Markers," as provided in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued on October 7, 2026  (PDF, 2.44 MB) . This action is taken pursuant to the Department's authority under Georgia Code Section 3 l-2A-6; 31-12-8; and 31-45- 10.
