NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS: Revisions to Chapter 511-2-4, "Reporting of Sexually Transmitted Disease", February 2025

The Department of Public Health hereby adopts a new title, noted above, and amendments to Rule 511-2-4, previously titled " Reporting of Venereal Disease  (PDF, 400.13 KB) ," as provided in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued on December 19, 2024.
