NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF REGULATIONS Revisions to Chapter 511-1-3 "Vital Records"

The Department of Public Health hereby adopts amendments to Rule 511-1-3-.33, " Disclosure of Vital Records and Information  (PDF, 649.06 KB) ," as provided in the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued on September 16, 2026. This action is taken pursuant to the Department's authority under Georgia Code Section 31-2A-6; 31-10-3; 31-10-25, and 31-10-26.
