1. Review and submit the  Soil Scientists/Classifier Application

2. $100 Application Fee can be paid by clicking here.

3. ​​Insurance must be current and on file with the State Environmental Health Office or you will automatically be removed from the Approved list.

If you did not renew by 2/28/24 you have been removed from our certified lists.

1. $500 renewal payment (includes $100 late fee)
