Common DHD Problems (w/solutions - sort of)

Transactions Not Appearing - This bug comes from the Compatibility View settings. A recent update by Microsoft wiped out all of these settings so you will just need to turn on Compatibility View for the DHD site. (see video)

Financial Payments/Transactions Not Posting - This is often related to Java not being up-to-date. Click here to install the latest version. After installation, be sure and close your browser window(s) and restart Internet Explorer before trying again.

Food Inspection Timeouts- we are seeing the system timeout and bounce users out of the system when adding temperatures. We recommend that before adding the 1st temperature, save the record as draft, then go back in and add temperatures. If you are bounced out, then send an email to [email protected] and cc' Tim and Leslie about it, giving the server #. Garrison has been pretty quick to act on these problems

Pop-up Messages - This is a new security item that comes from the Java updates. As you encounter them, check the box to not ask again and Yes or OK to allow the application to run. You should only encounter this just once with each incidence of new Java script throughout the system. After encountering each and allowing it to run, you won't see this pop-up again.
