2026 Health Insurance Open Enrollment Period

Marketplace annual enrollment is fast approaching! Georgia Access open enrollment for 2027 health insurance coverage begins November 1st through December 15th, 2026. 

You may be eligible for health insurance assistance through the Georgia Ryan White Part B’s Health Insurance Continuation Program (HICP). HICP will pay up to $2,110 for your insurance premium and medication co-pay costs! Contact your case manager today to see if you qualify! 

For current HICP participants, 2026 plans will not roll over. Please contact your case manager to explore coverage options for 2027 plan renewal! This is your chance to review and update your medical, dental and vision benefit! 

For Georgia residents who are Medicare eligible, open enrollment for Part D coverage begins October 15th through December 7th every year. If you need medication co-pay assistance, HICP can help! Contact your case manager for details.
