Ryan White Part B Medicaid Unwinding
On 1 April, 2023 the state of Georgia began redetermining the eligibility for all people receiving Medicaid. People living with HIV who are no longer eligible for Medicaid may be eligible to receive services through the Georgia Ryan White Part B Program. These services may include medical and social support services and access to HIV medications through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP).
In addition, eligible individuals can have access to health insurance assistance (premium payments and co-pays for medications) through the Health Insurance Continuation Program (HICP). For more information on enrolling in the Georgia Ryan White Part B Program, please contact an ADAP/HICP enrollment location.
